Cancellation & Refund Policy – MAXTOURTRIP

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and in line with industry standards. By booking any service with MaxTourTrip, you accept the terms mentioned below.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official WhatsApp to our customer support.
Requests will only be processed during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Charges vary depending on the service type, supplier rules, and how close the request is to the departure date.
Please note: airline tickets, visa fees, and certain hotel or package deals are generally non-refundable.
Refund Process & Timelines
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 to 21 working days from the confirmation date.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise requested and approved.
Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or service charges are not refundable under any condition.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some bookings will be marked non-refundable at the time of reservation—these include promotional fares, flash deals, instant bookings, and last-minute services.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or partially used services.
Date Change / Rescheduling
We’ll assist you in rescheduling your booking wherever possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional supplier fees or fare differences, which will be borne by the traveler.
Date changes are not guaranteed for all services.
Cancellation by MaxTourTrip
In rare circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, government orders, or operational issues), MaxTourTrip may need to cancel a booking.
In such cases, you’ll be offered either a full refund or an alternative service, depending on partner policies.
Third-Party Services
Most of our services involve third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
Any refund or cancellation is subject to their individual terms. MaxTourTrip will process cancellations strictly in line with those policies.
Travel Insurance Advisory
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or other risks.
If you purchased insurance, refunds (if applicable) are processed directly by the insurance company.
