General Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Requests:

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to MaxTourTrip within the specified timeframe.
    • Cancellation fees will apply based on the date the cancellation request is received.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after receipt of the cancellation request.
  2. Cancellation Charges:

    • Up to 30 days before departure: Rs. 1,000 per person as a cancellation fee.
    • 30 to 15 days before departure: 25% of the package cost.
    • 14 to 8 days before departure: 50% of the package cost.
    • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the package cost (no refund).

MaxTourTrip Terms and Conditions

  1. Name Changes:

    • Requests for name changes will be treated as new bookings and are subject to availability.
    • Confirmed bookings are non-transferable and will incur applicable cancellation charges.
  2. Changes and Cancellations by MaxTourTrip:

    • MaxTourTrip reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the tour program. In cases of insufficient participants or operational difficulties, we may cancel the departure or modify the itinerary.
    • Significant changes, such as alterations to the destination or departure date, will be communicated promptly. Participants will have the option to accept the revised arrangements or cancel the tour, in which case a refund will be issued for the tour portion (excluding pre/post accommodation, airline tickets, excursions, etc.).
    • Force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest) may result in cancellations without a refund for the tour portion or reimbursement of additional expenses.
  3. Surcharges:

    • Tour prices are based on estimated costs and airfares at the time of booking. MaxTourTrip reserves the right to impose surcharges or adjust tour costs due to unforeseen factors, such as increased taxation or other external circumstances.
  4. Force Majeure:

    • MaxTourTrip shall not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by force majeure events, which include but are not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or disruptions in air services.
  5. Liability:

    • MaxTourTrip is not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claims resulting from:
      • The actions or omissions of the affected person(s) or their party members.
      • The actions or omissions of a third party not connected with the tour arrangements.
      • Services or facilities not arranged by MaxTourTrip.
      • Force majeure events.
  6. Conditions of Travel:

    • Participants must strictly adhere to the tour program.
    • Failure to join the group on time or leaving the tour early will result in the forfeiture of unused services and refunds.
    • Registration with MaxTourTrip’s representative at the appointed time and location is mandatory. Failure to do so will be treated as a no-show, resulting in the forfeiture of all services and refunds.
    • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb or inconvenience other travelers or pose risks to property. Non-compliance may lead to removal from the tour without liability to MaxTourTrip.
